Michael Brignac, the Chef started cooking professionally because of his passion and love for food and seeing people enjoy good meals. He started cooking with his mother around the age of seven and he has not stopped since. Not only did he name the restaurant after his mother, Lee Esther, but a lot of his inspiration and passion came from her and the love that she put into the meals she prepared for him as a child.
