| Santa Returns to the Palmdale Playhouse with New Sensory-Friendly Visits for 2025 Holiday Season |
The most wonderful time of the year gets even brighter when Santa Claus returns to the Palmdale Playhouse for an enchanting series of visits throughout December. Families are invited to create cherished holiday memories with personalized Santa Visits, cheer-filled photo opportunities and festive surprises designed to capture the spirit of the season.
New this year, Santa’s Workshop has dedicated the first hour on Tuesdays to being “sensory-friendly”— designed for children and families who prefer a calmer environment with reduced lighting and sound, expanding the accessibility for Palmdale’s diverse needs.
“Every child deserves to experience the joy of meeting Santa,” said Mayor Pro Tem Laura Bettencourt. “By introducing sensory-friendly options, we’re ensuring all of our City’s families can participate in this tradition in a way that truly works for them.”
The immersive Santa experience runs on select Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, transforming the Playhouse into a winter wonderland where wishes come alive. Families can reserve their time slot with Santa for $7. Each reservation accommodates up to 10 children, includes a personal visit with Santa, a keepsake 5x7 photo border and a special goodie bag filled with treats and activities for those 12 and under. Time slots with Santa are limited, reservations are required and walk-ups cannot be accommodated.

Reservations open in three phases:
- Nov. 17 at 10 a.m. - visits for Dec. 2, 4 and 6
- Nov. 24 at 10 a.m. - visits for Dec. 9, 11 and 13
- Dec. 1 at 10 a.m. - visits for Dec. 16, 18 and 20.
